Every county publishes differently, so each one gets researched individually: what’s open data (automatic), what’s published in legal notices (daily feed), what’s export-only. You get the source list before you pay anything.
What to send
- Your county + state (or your whole service area)
- Your trade (roofing, restoration, landscaping, structural…) or investor desk
- How you want delivery: CSV, webhook, Google Sheets

Founding pricing per county goes to whoever requests it first. One contractor seat and one
investor desk per county; territory is exclusive.
